1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions (Terms) apply to purchases of training courses and related services delivered by Darumatic Pty Ltd (Darumatic, we, us, our). By placing a booking you (you, Customer) agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Bookings & Confirmation
- A booking is made when you complete checkout on our website or we receive a signed order/PO.
- Your place is confirmed once payment is received or an approved PO is accepted in writing.
- Course joining instructions (venue or virtual meeting details) are sent to the attendee email provided.
- You are responsible for providing accurate attendee details (name, email, phone) and any access requirements.
3. Fees, Taxes & In-Person Surcharges
- Fees are quoted in AUD unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST) unless indicated.
- Where you select In Person delivery, a venue/on-site delivery fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
- Prices may change at any time prior to booking confirmation.
4. Payment Terms
- Online payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store full card details.
- For invoiced bookings, payment is due within the stated invoice terms. We may withhold attendance for overdue accounts.
- Any bank/transfer charges are payable by you.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Substitutions
- Substitutions: You may substitute an attendee at no charge up to the course start time (please notify us in writing).
- Reschedule by Customer:
- More than 10 business days before start: no reschedule fee (subject to availability).
- 10 business days or fewer before start: reschedule fee up to 50% of the course fee may apply.
- Cancellation by Customer:
- More than 15 business days before start: full refund less reasonable admin/processing fees.
- 15 to 6 business days: 50% of the course fee is payable/non-refundable.
- 5 business days or fewer, or no-show: 100% payable/non-refundable.
- Changes by Darumatic: We may reschedule, change instructors, or convert to virtual delivery for reasons including low enrollment, instructor illness, venue issues, force majeure. You may transfer to a later date or receive a refund of fees paid (our liability is limited to the fees paid).
6. Delivery (Virtual & In-Person)
- Virtual: You must ensure a stable internet connection, access to the specified conferencing platform, and the ability to run labs where applicable.
- In Person: We may specify venue, safety, ID, and access requirements. Travel/accommodation are at your cost unless otherwise agreed.
7. Prerequisites & Attendee Responsibilities
- Some courses have prerequisites (knowledge, software, accounts). You are responsible for meeting them.
- You agree to participate respectfully and follow reasonable instructions from the instructor.
- We may remove any attendee who disrupts, harasses, or breaches venue/platform policies; no refund will be due in such cases.
8. Course Materials, Exams & IP
- All course materials, slides, lab guides, and recordings (if any) are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the registered attendee only. Do not copy, share, or distribute without prior written consent.
- Where a certification voucher/exam is included, separate vendor terms may apply (eligibility, scheduling, expiry).
9. Recording & Confidentiality
- Recording (audio/video/screen) of the training by attendees is not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing.
- We may prohibit sharing of screenshots or lab credentials outside the course.
10. Privacy & Data
- We collect and process attendee data to deliver the course and related services (e.g., confirmations, reminders, certificates).
- Payment data is processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe) in accordance with their terms and privacy policy.

11. Warranty & Disclaimer
- Training is provided “as-is” for educational purposes. We do not guarantee passing of certification exams or fitness for a particular purpose.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the training is limited to the fees paid for the affected course.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profit, data, or business interruption).
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to extreme weather, power/network outages, strikes, government actions, epidemic/pandemic, or supplier failures). We will use reasonable efforts to reschedule.
14. Accessibility & Special Requirements
If you have accessibility or dietary requirements (for in-person courses), please tell us at least 10 business days before the start date. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of booking applies to that booking.
